Overview
Inaport provides full support for GoldMine from FrontRange, covering
versions 6.x, 7.x, 8.x and 9.x.
InaPlex has many years of experience developing for GoldMine, and was chosen by
FrontRange Solutions to be the developer of GoldMine Integration for Microsoft Exchange (GISME).
FrontRange now sell GISME for real time integration between GoldMine and Microsoft Exchange.

Integrate your on-premise or hosted GoldMine system with other enterprise sources

Relationship Tree Builder
GoldMine Relationship Trees are very useful, but there is limited support in GoldMine for building and supporting them.
If you want to make a tree with more than a single level,
or with anything other than simple selection criteria, it has to be done manually.
Inaport gives you the ability to:
- model simple and complex trees;
- preview the trees before building;
- build trees based on data in tables other than CONTACT1 (e.g. history or opportunities);
- build and re-build trees as required, or automate the process
Import
Import data from any data source into any entity in GoldMine
- Leads from Excel, Access, text files
- Update Contacts from cleansed data
- Accounting or ERP data into History or the Details tab
Migrate
Migrate legacy CRM systems such as ACT! or Salesforce to GoldMine.
- Move all major entities such as Company, Person, History and Activities
- Re-assign record ownership on the fly
Matching
When importing data into a CRM system, it is vital to ensure that the correct records are updated
and that duplicates are not created.

Data Transformation
Customer data frequently requires reformatting to ensure consistent, accurate
and clean information is transferred. Inaport provides an extensive library of functions for
data transformation and manipulation; the ability to add new fields to incoming data;
and the ability to perform extensive conditional tests on data to allow for action based on data quality.
