InaPlex has a range of services designed to help our
Partners and users make full use of our products.
Training
Training is the first line of support, and is recommended for all Partners.
InaPlex is also happy to provide training for end users, as appropriate.
Introductory, intermediate and advanced level sessions are available.
Training is conducted via web seminars and is priced
per session. On-site training can be provided by agreement.
Support Implementation
Support Implementation helps with "How do I
?" types of
questions that are aimed at getting the best from one of our products.
Support Implementation is conducted via web seminars
and is priced per incident. Each request for information constitutes one
incident.
Professional Services
Professional Services are available to assist in the devlopment of solutions to particular challenges.
Services may range from a short session designed to assist a team in tackling a difficult project,
through to handling a complete migration or developing custom software for specialised integrations.
Interactive sessions tailored to meet individual integration or migration
requirements.
Professional Services are generally conducted remotely (web seminars/emails/telephone) and quoted in
advance according to agreed criteria.
