License Terms
Inaport License
An Inaport license is tied to the target CRM system. Inaport may be installed on
as many different systems as required, and threare no seat count restrictions.
Inaport may NOT be used as a "bureau" system, where data for multiple end users
is processed into a single system. A distinct license is required for each CRM end
user system.
Editions
Inaport licenses vary by duration and functionality.
Duration: an Inaport license may be purchased for:
- 30 days - valid for 30 days from time of purchase or activation.
- Full - valid for 99 years from time of purchase or activation.
Functionality: Currently Inaport is available in two editions:
- Standard - cost effective solution for straigt forward imports of contact based
information.
- Professional - higher functionality for complex imports, full integration

Software Assurance
Software Assurance entitles the license holder to all product
upgrades and enhancements, at no charge. It must be renewed annually to
ensure that ongoing upgrade protection is available.
Users with current Software Assurance also have access to the Priority Support Forum,
where InaPlex will respond to questions within one working day.
Changes to the target system
Changes to the target system can affect licensing. If this happens and
the license needs to be reissued, an administration fee will be charged.

Licenses for Test and Development Systems
Licenses for Test and Development Systems are available free of charge to end users with current Software Assurance.
Test server licenses are time restricted, generally to six months. An administration fee may be charged if more than one is required.
