Upgrade License

Overview

This section allows you to carry out a license upgrade.

Requirements: 1. Order reference (Invoice Number - LIC number), which has previously been sent in an email with the original license.; 2. License key code, which has previously been sent in an email with the original license (Key value).; 3. Email address to send the license to.; 4. If you have a logon, please logon before continuing any further.

Upgrade options
If a later version is detected then you will be able to navigate to another page where you can upgrade to the latest version for FREE, unless your maintenance renewal has run out. If so, you will be charged just for the maintence renewal.

If there is no later version you will be taken to a screen were you can update specific attributes of your license, such as the seat band and product edition.

Downloading Software
Once your purchase request has been processed (usually within ten minutes of submission) an email will be sent to the specified email address. The email will contain details of the purchase and the license file.

Immediately following submission of your request you will be given the option to download the application. If you do not wish to download at this point, simply exit the program. The software can be downloaded at any time from the Download tab.
